The problem of adaptation of new employees in the organization, its goals and main components. Detailed attention is paid to the psychological component of adaptation. Emotional intelligence are considered as the main factor of psychological adjustment of new employees. Overview importance of emotional intelligence for career employees.

The features of the interaction of new employees with managers. The basic style of leadership; signs, which can identify the main types of executives, features their motivation, behavior in conflict situations. Analyzed the compatibility of different types of managers with subordinates.
