Scale of Ukrainian business to the European market

Based on the analysis of information sources on business scaling, the enterprises were classified by size and, in turn, by the type of activity of the enterprise.  The strategies of business scaling to international markets and the selection of scaling variations by content were taken into account, and in turn, the following were identified: franchising, branches, subsidiaries, outsourcing, and joint venture. The next step was to study the strategies of successful Ukrainian companies that have entered foreign markets. In particular, the following brands were identified: “Ruslan Baginsky, M-TAC, and Sandora. The factors that directly contributed to this were analyzed and general patterns and trends were identified. A capsule model for scaling business to the European market has been developed, which provides for entering the European market with a 100% profit. This model will allow the company to minimize risks, optimize costs, and quickly adapt to changes in the environment. The creation of such a model will allow entrepreneurs to scale virtually risk-free, which in turn will increase foreign exchange earnings and demonstrate a certain level of the country.
