Improvement of New Management Technologies Implementation at Enterprises in the Conditions of Foreign Economic Activity

The article undertakes a comprehensive examination of the theoretical and applied dimensions of the implementation of novel management technologies within enterprises engaged in foreign economic activity. The article proposes a methodology for the implementation of a control system, which comprises the following stages: first, determining the necessity for the introduction of a control system; second, es- tablishing the fundamental principles of its operation; third, integrating the control system as a novel management technology with the objective of identifying trends in the fulfilment of the enterprise’s planned indicators; fourth and finally, implementing measures to introduce the control system and regu- lating its operation within the enterprise during foreign economic activity. A comprehensive system of controlling as a new technology of enterprise management in the implementation of foreign economic activity has been recommended. A sequence of implementation of the mechanism of business process reengineering as a new technology of enterprise management in the implementation of foreign economic activity has been developed, which provides for the following: preparation of reengineering of business processes of enterprise; implementation of the concept of 'Business processes as they are'; implementation of the concept of 'Business processes as they should be'; implementation of changes in the enterprise re- garding reengineering of business processes. The mechanism for implementing the reengineering of busi- ness processes of an enterprise in the implementation of foreign economic activity has been formed.
Technological development, globalisation, pandemics and military conflicts are creating new chal- lenges for Ukrainian businesses. An effective method of successful operation of companies in the domestic and foreign markets is the introduction of new management technologies. The use of innovative manage- ment methods, techniques and tools facilitates rapid adaptation to market changes, achievement of growth and development goals, optimisation of business processes, rational use of resources, etc. Given the cur- rent trends and market changes, in order to ensure a sustainable competitive position, it is necessary to make management decisions quickly and efficiently, be flexible to innovations, use new management tech- nologies, etc.
Research on the introduction of new management technologies at enterprises engaged in foreign economic activity opens up broad prospects for improving the efficiency and competitiveness of domestic enterprises in foreign markets.
