Given the importance of the determining factor for the success of attracting venture investments in Ukraine, state support is necessary. This includes: the development of an improved legislative and regulatory framework, with appropriate protection for scientific, technical, innovative, and venture activities; overcoming problems of legal protection of intellectual property; providing incentives for the development of venture entrepreneurship through a system of state orders; developing effective state policy strategies in the field of venture business that would be consistent with a unified concept for the development of innovative and dynamic investment activities in Ukraine.
