Such transparency allows readers to assess potential author bias. Each published article contains a conflict of interest declaration stating "None" when applicable.
Reviewer responsibilities: Reviewers must immediately inform the editorial office and decline to review if they have financial or personal relationships with the authors or their organizations, if their own research directly competes with the manuscript, or if personal factors (friendship, rivalry, etc.) may influence their judgment.
