Conflict of interest

To maintain integrity in publishing, the journal "Management and Entrepreneurship in Ukraine: Stages of Formation and Development Problems" requires full disclosure of conflicts of interest from all parties involved in the publication process.

Author disclosures: When submitting a manuscript, authors must declare both material interests (employment relationships, payments, business participation, patent ownership) and non-material factors (personal connections, professional competition, beliefs). Such transparency allows readers to assess potential author bias. Each published article contains a conflict of interest declaration stating "None" when applicable.

Reviewer responsibilities: Reviewers must immediately inform the editorial office and decline to review if they have financial or personal relationships with the authors or their organizations, if their own research directly competes with the manuscript, or if personal factors (friendship, rivalry, etc.) may influence their judgment.

Editorial standards: Editors must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts when they have connections with the authors (financial, personal, or academic), are co-authors or colleagues from the same institution, or when their participation may create an appearance of bias. Such materials should be handled by alternative editors or independent experts.
