One of the core elements of civil law are its principles. The system of civil law principles is subject to a constant change. Its number, as well as the number of other civil legal institutes, becomes broader and extensive. One may find scientific theoretical discussion about the formation of cooperation principle and principle of partnership in civil and other types of relations. The legal forms of interaction between the subjects of social relations are different and they are known in all branches of law.

The process of changes in legislation is influenced by international global processes, including the unification of legal systems and families, which individuality was previously absolute, the possibility of implementing the legislation of one national legal system into the system of foreign law was not allowed. Therefore, the transformation of social relations directly determines and characterizes both the specifics of the emergence and overcoming of social conflicts, and requires a rethinking of the means of overcoming them.

Diagnosing public-partner potential and public-partner attraction of territorial entity is necessary to position and present the advantages of territorial entity to potential private partners. Not only this problem is specific to such entities, for example within a region, but it also has an interregional nature (i.e. when there is a competition between regions about investments based on public-private partnership).

Stages of development the processes of forming the industrial networks, technological and logistic chains, partnership and their varieties are analyzed. Factors that determine the rate and scale of the process of forming the partnerships in the machine-building complex of Ukraine are established. A group of the factors that lead to forming the vertical partnership based on Partner Relationship Management (PRM) in mining machinery and mining industry are determined and analyzed.

The essence of kvaziintegration is expanded in the article. Kvaziintegration refers to the universal (hybrid) process of corporate formation, which combines features of both integration and disintegration. This is a formal (imaginary) integration on a conventional basis, which leaves the autonomy to parts that belong to it. The advantage of this harmonious formation is a partnership and absolute competition. The phenomenon of kvaziintegration’s structure is laying in its special features – it’s adaptive, flexible, dynamic formation and focuses on tactical targets.
