The article investigates the role and transformation of corporate culture in modern library institutions under the conditions of digitalization and technological innovation. The study emphasizes the strategic importance of corporate culture as a key factor influencing the efficiency, adaptability, and sustainability of library organizations in the contemporary information society. Theoretical foundations are analyzed, including classical and modern approaches to organizational culture, with particular attention to the specificities of library settings.

This paper presents a comprehensive study of the current state and development prospects of the futures market in Ukraine through the analysis of financial instruments, trading platforms, and legislative regulation. The main focus is on evaluating trading volumes, liquidity of futures contracts, market participants’ activity, and the integration of the Ukrainian market into the international financial system.

This study aims to explore the role of neuromarketing technologies in enhancing trust and revitalizing Ukraine’s tourism sector amidst wartime challenges. It seeks to assess the potential of neuromarketing tools to overcome security-related barriers and boost the appeal of tourist destinations through emotional and subconscious consumer responses. The research focuses on leveraging sensory and emotional strategies to foster consumer confidence and promote tourism recovery in a post-war context.

The purpose of this article is to study the practical component of Ukraine's integration into the European Research Area in the context of its post-war reconstruction. It is concluded that the coordination of national interests and key priorities of Ukraine's international cooperation in science and innovation with the new strategic goals of the EU, primarily in terms of post-war reconstruction, is an important vector for deepening Ukraine's integration into the European Research Area and the effective use of its scientific and innovative potential during this difficult period.

Abstract. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in inter-state cases concerning the international armed conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, namely in the cases of Ukraine v. Russia (concerning Crimea) (applications Nos. 20958/14, 38334/18) and Ukraine and the Netherlands v. Russia (applications Nos. 43800/14, 8019/16, 28525/20, 11055/22).

The legal aspects of the organization of electronic voting (e-voting) in Ukraine in the context of technological innovations and prospects for implementation are considered. The essence and forms of e-voting as an innovative tool for the realization of citizens’ electoral rights are investigated. The main technological solutions used in the world practice are considered: Internet voting (i-voting), use of electronic terminals (DRE), biometric identification, smart card technologies and two-factor authorization.

In the context of the full-scale armed conflict caused by the russian federation's aggression against Ukraine, digital technologies have become an integral part of both hostilities and the daily lives of the civilian population. This poses unprecedented challenges for ensuring and protecting human rights. The article analyzes the key issues arising at the intersection of digital technologies, human rights, and armed conflict in the Ukrainian context.

This article provides with the information about the evolving Polish media landscape, with a particular focus on its coverage of Ukrainian matters. Drawing on a multidisciplinary approach, the study examines the trends, challenges, and perspectives that shape Polish media narratives in the context of geopolitical proximity and historical ties between Poland and Ukraine. The analysis incorporates content analysis of major Polish media outlets, audience studies, and comparative assessments of traditional and digital media.

This article explores the core themes of economic journalism, including financial trends, market dynamics, public policy, and the impact of global economic events. It emphasizes the importance of translating technical information into accessible narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

The article presents the concept of a hardware and software system for detecting and neutralizing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) using interceptor drones. The proposed system uses passive radars that combine different physical detection principles, such as acoustic, radio, and optical. The data obtained is combined to accurately determine the target’s coordinates in airspace. Target coordinates are calculated based on geometric models of a sphere and a spheroid, which ensure an error of no more than 0.3%.
