Legal Regulation of the Field of Bioenergy in Ukraine

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the current state of domestic legal regulation of bioenergy and the prospects for its improvement.

 The production and use of renewable energy in various industries and sectors pursues the goal of ensuring energy independence and security, decarbonization, achieving the maximum level of climate neutrality etc.

TRANSFORMATION OF SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE IN THE CONTEXT OF CIVILIZATIONAL CHANGES IN THE 2020S

The transition to sustainable development is a complex and long process. Climate and environmental changes that are happening to our planet are forcing us to accelerate this transition. It will allow to avoid the most dramatic scenario of a climate catastrophe, already in the second half of the 21st century. Significant reduction of energy using and other resources is an urgent need for creation  in a of architectural objects. They also became a key element  of recovery economy in the 22nd century.

THE METHODS, WAYS AND MATERIALS TO THE FORM CREATION OF THE PROCESS TO THE ARCHITECTURAL FORMATION IN THE UKRAINIAN TEMPLE DUILDING

We consider the process of forming, which is carried out by means of providing differences, through structure, color, texture and texture. Form is conceived of as a structure of elements and relationships hierarchically divided to establish a cumulative unity. Its three objective categories are mass, texture and color. It will have a fuller and more correct meaning if we understand it as a kind of “active energy”.

Woody Forest Biomass: Problems and Prospects оf Sustainable Use

The article is devoted to the study of the state, problems and prospects of ensuring the sustainable use of woody forest biomass. Most of the bioenergy resources used in Ukraine for energy production are woody forest biomass. At the same time, there is a dangerous tendency to exceed the use of woody forest biomass above its potential. The norms governing the use of woody forest biomass contain various normative legal acts of Ukraine. However, the general concept of “woody forest biomass” is not defined in domestic legislation.

Predicting a building’s energy consumption plays an important role as it can help assess its energy efficiency, identify and diagnose energy system faults, and reduce costs and improve climate impact. An analysis of current research in the field of ensuring the energy efficiency of buildings, in particular, their energy assessment, considering the types of models under consideration, was carried out.

The main components of the mechanism of state regulation of sustainable development of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine

Problem setting. One of the most pressing issues of the development of the fuel and energy complex of Ukraine, the discussion about which has been going on for many years, is the question of the size, forms and directions of state intervention in the activities of individual industries and sub-sectors of the complex, as well as the assessment of the consequences of this intervention for the economy and society as a whole.

CLEAN UTILIZATION OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTES AND ALTERNATIVE FUELS DERIVED FROM IT

For the municipal solid waste (MSW) to be used in a proper way, it is necessary to implement clean technologies capable of thermal treatment of MSW and RDF in order to produce heat and electricity while meeting current ecological requirements. Nowadays, a number of technologies for MSW/RDF thermal treating are being used worldwide. Among them, the most proven technologies, applicable for industrial introduction, have been considered while analyzing their advantages/ disadvantages accounting for local conditions of Ukraine.

This article describes the results of the technical and economic calculations and analysis of the economic efficiency of the project of reconstruction of waste water treatment plant. Lviv and construction of biogas plants for the production of electricity and thermal energy from sludge and excess activated sludge resulting from waste water treatment. The main elements of the technological scheme of biogas is methane tanks, and electrical and thermal energy – cogeneration units.

Accounting and analytical aspects of the fuel component of value creation in the ukrainian energy system

The influence of the fuel component of the process of value creation in the energy system
of Ukraine through identifying relevant factors were considered. It should be taken into
account in the system of accounting and analytical maintenance of power plants.
Studying accounting and analytical aspects of the fuel component of the cost of
electricity of the Ukrainian grid the relationship between fuel component and the capital
intensity of individual power plants were analyzed. Highlight kinds of settings that best
