The article is devoted to the study of the essence and content of the issue of protecting children's rights in war conditions, an analysis of Ukrainian realities is carried out and problems of ensuring the principles of international humanitarian law in this area are identified.
Дано характеристику злочинів проти основ національної безпеки в контексті останніх змін і доповнень. Констатовано, що кримінальне право не є стабільним, оскільки ґрунтується на мінливих і плинних історичних умовах, які визначаються політичними, соціальними та економічними силами. З огляду на сучасні події, обумовлені розпочатою війною проти нашої держави, до Розділу 1 «Злочини проти основ національної безпеки» КК України внесено низку змін і доповнень.
Стаття присвячена визначенню основних складових елементів дієвого правового механізму реалізації юридичної відповідальності за злочини проти довкілля в контексті повномасштабної воєнної агресії Російської Федерації проти України.
Розглянуто правопорушення у сфері інтелектуальної власності. Охаракте-
ризовано основні ознаки обігу об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. Визначено
заходи виявлення правопорушень у сфері інтелектуальної власності. Окреслено
порядок проведення контрольованого постачання та контрольованої закупки
фальсифікованих товарів
A concept and essence of planning of investigation of crimes that is accomplished during
public purchases in the field of health protection are considered. The basic elements of
planning, that is represented on the basis of inquisitional version, are outlined. Inquisitional
(to the search) actions, that not-roundabout to plan on the initial stage investigation of crimes
that is accomplished during public purchases in the field of health protection, are certain.

Окреслено окремі способи вчинення злочинів під час закупівлі лікувальних засобів представниками охорони здоров’я. The prospects of development of criminal judicial politics of Ukraine are outlined in direction of implementation of international legal obligations.
