Characterization of crimes against the foundations of national security in the context of the latest changes and additions was carried out. It is established that criminal law is not stable, as it is based on changing and fluid historical conditions, which are determined by political, social and economic forces. In view of the current events caused by the started war against our state, a number of changes and additions were made to Chapter 1 "Crimes against the foundations of national security" of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. 

The article is devoted to defining the main constituent elements of an effective legal mechanism for the implementation of legal responsibility for crimes against the environment in the context of the full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

The violations in the field of intellectual property are considered. Characterized the
main signs of the circulation of intellectual property. Measures to detect offenses in the field of
intellectual property are determined. The order of the controlled delivery and controlled
purchase of counterfeit goods is outlined.

A concept and essence of planning of investigation of crimes that is accomplished during
public purchases in the field of health protection are considered. The basic elements of
planning, that is represented on the basis of inquisitional version, are outlined. Inquisitional
(to the search) actions, that not-roundabout to plan on the initial stage investigation of crimes
that is accomplished during public purchases in the field of health protection, are certain.

The author analyses the contemporary political activity of Russian Federation state rulers and its aggressive character forwarded against the Ukraine. Modern politically strategic activity of Russian authorities is a direct threat to national security, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

This article is devoted to the importance and merits of prevention of deviant behavior of a minor, the experience gained from previous generations of developments abroad, statistical information and analytical department providing MIA of Ukraine.

A place and role of criminal judicial politics are found out in the article, as component politics of the state in industry of counteraction to the crimes. Facilities of realization of criminal judicial politics are set. Defined the tasks of criminal procedure policy to effectively achieve the purpose of punishment. The prospects of development of criminal judicial politics of Ukraine are outlined in direction of implementation of international legal obligations.
