The methodology of understanding social resposibility in the general theory of law.

The article analyses the issues regarding the necessity to improve the normative framework of regulaiting war relations. It conducts an analysis of the international and national legislations on military law, and the general principles of warfare. The article provides a detailed examination of the main international legal acts that are governing military relations and the lives of civilians during armed conflicts. The work focuses on the issues which require updates of the legislative regulation regarding the needs of time and technological progress.

The philosophical, political and legal ideas are examining by the German thinker G. V. F. Gegel about the role and place of war as social and political phenomen, social effects of war and also the problems of peace and peace peaceful coexistence of states and people.

This paper addresses the problem of the state. Particular attention is paid to change the nature of legal phenomena in modern Ukrainian realities. Identify features of modern political space and Ukrainian culture and established their influence on the domestic state.
