The article deals with the philosophical and legal analysis of personal philosophy through the prism of humanistic conceptualism and therefore formulated the theoretical and  methodological basis of the abovementioned issues. It was found that the presence of cognitive and emotional values of the components and their organic combination creates conditions for ideological correlation identity, a process which with varying intensity and direction is for all human life.

Проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку машинобудування України та проблеми його функціонування. Обґрунтовано необхідність реалізації інвестиційних проектів вітчизняними машинобудівними підприємствами. Виокремлено основні зовнішні та внутрішні чинники інвестиційного ризику, поява яких може призвести до кризових ситуацій на машинобудівних підприємствах. Розроблено методику ідентифікації та оцінювання впливу чинників інвестиційного ризику на реалізацію конкретного інвестиційного проекту.

Розглянуто інноваційні підходи до розвитку діяльності операторів стільникового зв’язку. Доцільним є також застосування сучасних концепцій менеджменту та ринкових стратегій, покликаних підвищити ефективність використання ресурсів компаніями-операторами стільникового зв’язку. Обґрунтовано роль інтелектуального та інноваційного розвитку, інформатизації у телекомунікаційній галузі економіки України. Наведено приклад розвитку телекомунікаційних мереж, аргументи доцільності впровадження та переваг транкінгових телекомунікаційних мереж.

Розглянуто концепцію, яка дозволяє дослідити поведінку відкритих (біологічних) систем за допомогою законів неврівноваженої (класичної) термодинаміки. Показано, що другий закон термодинаміки можна застосовувати до відкритих систем за умови, що при розгляді всієї системи (континуум) «відкрита система–середовище» повна ентропія зростає.
