On the basis of a large source base comprehensively analyzed the definition of
«behavior» and «activity», traced the development of concepts in the jurisprudential aspect,
found their main features and characteristics. It is proved that the concept of "behavior" and
«activity» are the basis filosofemy deviant behavior.
У статті на основі ґрунтовного аналізу наукових праць висвітлено проблему девіацій у правовій системі соціокультурних змін. З’ясовано, що феномен девіантності амбівалентний за своєю природою і може означати як негативні, так і позитивні соціальні зміни. У науковій літературі відхилення поділяють на первинні та вторинні. Ті з них, що з погляду суспільства є незначними, вважаються первинними, а суб’єкти, котрі їх учиняють, не кваліфікуються як девіанти, бо не порушують соціальних норм.
У статті окреслено основні напрями дослідження девіантності як соціального феномена в філософсько-правовому контексті. Відстежено еволюцію поведінки людини в філософсько-правовому дискурсі. Досліджено, що девіантна поведінка з часів виникнення суспільства завжди являла собою небезпеку для соціальної стабільності, загрозу для життя людей, соціумів, уважалася небажаним явищем, і суспільство намагалося попереджувати та, по можливості, блокувати небажані форми людської життєдіяльності.
Приймемо, що снігові маси утворюють шар на сфері радіуса R. Потрібно врахувати вплив на схил в даній точці неоднорідного сферичного шару поверхневої густини і снігового покриву.
The article analyzes the scientific work of domestic and foreign scholars dedicated to thehistoriography of deviant behavior of the individual. The main theoretical and methodological approaches that have emerged as part of modern historiography to study the problem. Defined thematic orientation work, their characteristics and features, singled out the overall trends research deviant behavior. Exposed the most topical at the present stage of science methods of studying the abovementioned issues.
The article deals with the legal aspects of the policy on minors. Attention is focused on the analysis of the main causes of juvenile delinquency and aspects of legal policies to adress them.
