Вивчено досвід А. Гутерріша в сфері реформаторської діяльності в період перебування на посадах прем’єр-міністра
Португалії та Верховного комісара ООН у справах біженців. Розглянуто позицію майбутнього Генерального
секретаря щодо конфлікту в Україні.
