При регулярних обстрілах міст, сіл, зруйновано та пошкоджено значну частину однородинних будинків по всій Україні. В статті проведений візуальний аналіз руйнацій приватного житла та визначені архітектурно-констуктивні рішення, які при новому будівництві можуть зробити будинок більш надійим та безпечнішим для проживання в умовах війни. У ході дослідження використано методи порівняльного аналізу. Стаття може використовуватись як рекомендаційний матеріал для проектування нового приватного житла.
