У статті визначено сутність поняття «глобальні стартапи», досліджено вплив чинників на їх появу та швидке поширення у глобальній економіці. Авторами узагальнено підходи до трактування сутності процесів інтернаціоналізації та діджиталізації, досліджено їх вплив на глобальне стартап-підприємництво. Акцентовано увагу на важливості діджиталізації для ранньої інтернаціоналізації стартапів. На основі аналізування історій успіхів вітчизняних стартапів на світовому ринку вивчено умови та особливості появи глобальних стартапів українського походження.
