Досліджено особливості розвитку трансформаційного менеджменту в сучасній парадигмі управління. Виокремлено сутність категорії «трансформаційний менеджмент». Проаналізовано сучасні моделі трансформаційного менеджменту. Виокремлено концептуальні категорії трансформаційного лідерства та тенденції розвитку трансформаційного менеджменту в умовах нестабільності глобального середовища. Проаналізовано відмінності трансформаційного та трансакційного лідерства. Підкреслено необхідність розвитку інтегральної теорії трансформаційного лідерства.
