В статті вказується, що честь та гідність особи виступають як важливий чинник і невід’ємна складова її конституційних прав і свобод. Починаючи з античності, у багатьох нормативно-правових актах: римському праві, Дигестах Юстініана, у законодавстві Київської Русі та інших європейських держав прослідковується прагнення шляхом законодавчої політики держави захистити права, честь та гідність в першу чергу привілейованих соціальних класів, а в подальшому і вільних людей.

Визначено особливості регулювання права осіб похилого віку на соціальний захист
на міжнародно-правовому рівні, охарактеризовано основні міжнародно-правові акти у
цій сфері. Серед міжнародно-правових актів, які мають значення для соціального
захисту осіб похилого віку, названо такі: загальна Декларація прав людини,
Європейська соціальна хартія, Міжнародний план дій з проблем старіння, прийнятий

The article deals with the philosophical and legal approach to understanding of the natural law of harmony of human existence in space in the context of the principle of humanity priority over the principle of legality, that brings progressive ideas of natural law values life, honor and dignity as the basis of ontological space. A great attention is paid to behavioral and activity in human nature naturally and legal space, which is the result of knowledge and understanding of their own interests, the interests of social groups and human communities in general.

The actual problems of national self-awareness forming as an important factor of patriotism in the future students and cadets of higher education institutions of Ukraine are considered. The future law enforcement officers, on whom the state and society will put the responsibility for providing stable public order and public safety, the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of the citizens of Ukraine.
