The article reveals the essence of the notion of ‘guerilla marketing’, analyzes foreign experience of its usage in the system of enterprise management, provides detailed research on its condition and prospects due to the implementation of ‘guerilla marketing’ in Ltd. ‘Misto-D’ and thus defines the effectiveness of its applying. It is emphasized that guerrilla marketing is one of the most popular marketing tools that provides effective promotion of goods and services on the market with the lowest costs.

The article highlights the importance of modernization of enterprises in the conditions of  rapid scientific and technological progress and fierce competition in the domestic and foreign markets. It is shown that only entrepreneurs can effectively function that modernizes its material base, especially technological equipment. It impossible to apply the latest technology using the old and worn-out equipment.

An attempt is made to analyze and generalize the effect of main organizational and technical as well as economic factors which can accelerate increase of competitiveness of the industrial production potential of Ukraine. Their content and scope of influence in the dynamic conditions of scientific and technical progress acceleration and hard competition are described. 

Scientific approaches to defining the essence of the category of effectiveness are studied. In  terms  of  the  systems  approach,  the  structure-forming  factors  of  the  organization’s effectiveness  are  substantiated.  It  is  shown  that  the  identified  factors  and  criteria  of effectiveness are the basis for creation of the organization’s effectiveness control system. 

In  this  article  the  authors  attempt  to  highlight  the  main  conceptual  principles  of organizing the modernization process of industrial enterprises, to identify the components of this process, to reveal the content of these components and their materialization in specific projects, to define the possible ways to implement these projects in order to achieve efficient results in high-competitive  economic conditions.
