The article proves the relevance of the study of the administrative and legal characteristics of court decisions in view of modern significance of the solution to this scientific problem, which is determined by the expression of legal reality within the scope of the administration of justice. This will provide an opportunity not only to substantiate the understanding of the phenomenon of justice as a way of exercising judicial power from the point of view of administrative law, but also to identify areas that need improvement.
The article attempts to reveal the essence of public control as a factor in the democratization of the judiciary in Ukraine. It has been found that public control is an essential factor in the democratization of any institution. It is proved that active public control over the judiciary can be a significant impetus to create an efficient and fair judiciary, ensure openness and transparency of the judiciary, which in turn will increase public confidence in the judiciary.
The conceptual analysis of models of communication policy is conducted that made it possible to identify its instrumental role in ensuring the effective interaction between public authorities and community, to classify main scientific approaches to systematization of models of communication policy, to indicate its advantages and disadvantages, and to identify communication errors that can occur under certain implementation conditions of those models. The information flow control algorithm in the communication interaction between public authorities and the public is developed.
The article is devoted to the mutual influence of processes of decentralization of power and establishment of civil society. The usefulness and functionality of decentralization for democratization of public administration are revealed. The factors that lead to revitalization of civil society development in the course of decentralization of power are analyzed.
The theoretical and methodological analysis of contemporary problems of building an effective state in Ukraine is made. The basic conceptual approaches to understanding problematic aspects of functioning of the Ukrainian state are identified. The main priorities for upholding principles of building an effective state in the context of systemic reforms in Ukraine are identified.
Ivan Franko’s thoughts on the topic of the Ukrainian national idea and perspectives of Ukrainian statehood in the early twentieth century were researched. The material of the journalistic heritage clarifies the views of Ivan Franko on the essence of the Ukrainian national idea and the means of its realization, in particular, the role of the young generation in consolidating all national-patriotic forces in the struggle for the independence and unity of Ukraine.
Problem setting. One of the main prerequisites for the detection of corruption offenses and the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures is active citizens who are interested in overcoming this phenomenon. An active, influential and developed civil society is an important element of any democratic state. Such civil society plays a key role in implementation of urgent social changes, development and realization of effective public policies in various spheres, solving political, socio-economic and humanitarian problems.
Problem setting. The current development of Ukraine as a state, which constantly announces its path as irreversibly democratic, makes for more effective cooperation between state authorities and civil society institutions in all spheres of social and political life.
Problem setting. Despite the attempts of state authorities to emphasize the readiness for constructive cooperation, the current state of relations between the state and society in Ukraine does not improve the situation in this direction. Therefore, the necessity of applying different models and approaches to the coordination of management activities between the institutions of society and the state is precisely within the context of public administration.
