METROLOGICAL RISKS IN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF PRODUCT QUALITY AT THE MANUFACTURING STAGE

A method of estimating the size of metrological risk using a comprehensive indicator is being proposed in our article. It gives the possibility to assess the weight of the impact of each structural level on the comprehensive indicator, identifies the factors that cause this risk and vulnerabilities in the system of metrological support of production.

THE MEASURING CHANNELS CALIBRATION IN THE INDUSTRY

The trend of development of measuring equipment in particular measuring systems and technological processes leads to the need of measuring the temperature without dismantling the primary transducers and stopping the technological process in a very wide range and with high accuracy. The choice of methods and means of measurement depends on such factors as the value of measured temperature, necessary accuracy of measurement, conditions of measurements, and operation of the investigated object.

The article deals with the development of the reference means of support and metrological insurance required for  metrological  verification  and  calibration  of  beta  and  gamma  radiation  dosimeters.  The  latter  are  extremely  necessary  for dosimetric measurements of radiation characteristics in the field of radiation safety, radiation diagnosis and therapy.

With the use of appropriate electronic equipment one can determine the level of air pollution and conduct the research.

Metrological support of measurement of organic carbon content in mineral waters

The studying and standardization of the mineral waters requires mandatory content control of their chemical indexes. Nearby with the dissolve salts there are always exist the organic substances. The mineral waters with high organic substances (Corg, total organic carbon no less than 5,0 mg/l) are used for treating the hepatobiliary system deceases, urinary tracts deceases, and genital and metabolism disturbances. The researches of safety and quality of the mineral waters relate to the area of the state`s metrological control and supervision.

The system model of wireless technologies security was proposed on a level of the structure “system – signal – channel – tract” and its metrological support according to the conception “object – threat – defence”. The software of data encryption procedure for WiMAX systems based on AES standart and C# programming language was developed in limits of the created model.
