PROVIDING NON-EXTERNAL MONITORING OF MODERNIZATION ORGANIZATION OF MANUFACTURING OF APPLIED CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

To achieve the goals and tasks of modernizing the organization of production activities, it
is advisable to monitor its effectiveness. In the process of managing the entire enterprise, or a
separate structural subdivision, there are large number of unforeseen procedures for
managing situations and uncertainties. Decision-making in emerging situations largely depends
on the system of process monitoring, which gives grounds for making conclusions about the
correctness of the decision in a particular situation.

Principles of formation of investment program of enterprise modernization

This article summarizes the approaches to the formation of the modernization program of domestic enterprises in the deepening integration of Ukraine and the EU. Modernization should be part of strategic investment policy of the enterprise, which should promote the long-term investment objectives of its complex socio-economic development. It is shown that the investment program has a functional nature, is part of the financial strategy, subject to the overall business strategy.

Development of industrial enterprises by streamlining their staff

The article highlights the importance of modernization of enterprises in the conditions of  rapid scientific and technological progress and fierce competition in the domestic and foreign markets. It is shown that only entrepreneurs can effectively function that modernizes its material base, especially technological equipment. It impossible to apply the latest technology using the old and worn-out equipment.

Evaluation of the efficiency of modernization projects of production and technical base of motor transport enterprises

The features of calculation of economic efficiency of modernization projects of production and technical base and implementation of some technical measures at a motor transport enterprise are presented in the article. This calculation is based on level of transportations profitability and tailored to the features of a motor transport enterprise – reduction of rolling stock’s downtime in technical servicing and current repair.

An attempt is made to analyze and generalize the effect of main organizational and technical as well as economic factors which can accelerate increase of competitiveness of the industrial production potential of Ukraine. It is shown  that modernization of the economy of Ukraine, its sectors  and enterprises presents quite a number of problem issues. Their solution requires improvement of organizing the process of managing productive, innovative and HR activities at all levels of the hierarchy: national economy, industry, region, enterprise. These activities must have a clear purpose and have to  be  accompanied  by  realization  of  system  measures  of  organizational,  technical  and economic character.
