The article deals with the formation of the domain thesaurus “Smart City”, presents the interpretation of the lexicographical systems based on the theory V. A. Shirokov, describes the method of designing the ontology problem area, an example of building a fragment of the domain ontology “Smart City."
The timeliness of development and formulation of general requirements and architecture of integrated onto-based information analytical environment of scientific research, professional healing and e-learning of Chinese image medicine as a promising component of integrative medicine is substantiated in the article. Scientific evidence-based integrative medicine is typical for conventional medicine; but unlike the conventional, the integrative medicine synthesizes experience and engages all the best achievements of ancient medicine and contemporary Western one.
This paper deals with the model of Boyd loop developed on the basis of Moore automaton. The states of the machine are represented by phases of Boyd loop, by ontology editing process and by search of relevant information in the ontology. Possible transitions between states of the machine parameters have been determined and thus transmitted. The fabricated machine serves as the basis for building tactical units DAFU by DSS commanders

The article summarizes the author’s contribution for translation Ukrainian sign language. We describe the model of translation used for foreign sign languages. Among these statistical models of translation, the rule-based translation models and ontology-based models are described. These models are compared with the alternative approach for translation Ukrainian sign language using grammatically-augmented ontology. The method of filling ontologies using domain-specific languages, allowing us to develop a grammatically- augmented ontology is described.
This article describes the classification and approaches to the construction of DSS that take into account various aspects of the uncertainty of the development of DSS. Features of the classification were proposed and described. Generalized classification of DSS was improved. The analysis of the types of architecture, architecture reviewed information resource decision support systems, based on the principles of building a data warehouse.
The increased mobility of business processes today relies on extensive use of software and in turn puts high demands on the quality of software and its ability to be quickly and accurately adapted to the changes in the business environment. A promising approach to solving the problem of adapting the software to changes in its operational environment is the use of ontological modeling. In the article the theoretical principles of knowledge representation and processing in software based on ontological task models were developed. A formal model of knowledge representation was built.
In this paper the general process and the concurrent synthesis realization model of microelectromechanical systems, which is based on developed genetic algorithm, are described. As the synthesis task in the sphere of complex microsystems is very comprehensive and timeconsuming, the actuality of performance and speed issues to generate the novel system and its components constructions is still up-to-date unsolved item. The developed model facilitates and accelerates the synthesis of the new and unique microelectromechanical systems structures.
Seeking to study in detail the problem of the good and the evil in the Russian religious philosophy, one can not avoid considering of patristic philosophy. Although the majority of Russian religious philosophy of the end of the 19th – beginning of the 20th century have “affection” attitude to Eastern Christianity, Western patristic attitude to Russian thinkers was not unambiguous. Speaking about the Russian heredity of the Eastern traditions of Christianity, it is worth noting that it takes from the latter commitment to integrity as a proper state of the world and the man.
