Abstract. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in inter-state cases concerning the international armed conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, namely in the cases of Ukraine v. Russia (concerning Crimea) (applications Nos. 20958/14, 38334/18) and Ukraine and the Netherlands v. Russia (applications Nos. 43800/14, 8019/16, 28525/20, 11055/22).

Development of the Concept of a Uav Detection and Neutralization System Using Interceptor Drones

The article presents the concept of a hardware and software system for detecting and neutralizing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) using interceptor drones. The proposed system uses passive radars that combine different physical detection principles, such as acoustic, radio, and optical. The data obtained is combined to accurately determine the target’s coordinates in airspace. Target coordinates are calculated based on geometric models of a sphere and a spheroid, which ensure an error of no more than 0.3%.

Status of Formation of Mentoring Systems of Enterprises in the Context of Deepening European Integration Processes

The article investigates enterprise mentoring systems as frameworks and mechanisms for person- alized training (for mentor and mentee), strategies for developing a personnel reserve, and motivational measures that ensure continuous professional growth, competency development, enhancement of key skills, and increased effectiveness of the corporate environment. The study examines the formation of mentoring systems in enterprises within the context of European integration processes by detailing and profiling mentoring programs in the EU and Ukraine.

Foreign Trade Position of Ukraine in the Eu: Study of Change Trends During the Period of Marital Status

In the conditions of deepening the processes of European integration, the article analyses the main foreign trade partners of Ukraine. In order to study trends in changes in foreign trade during the period of martial law, the article uses 3 analytical periods: 1st quarter 2020, 1st quarter 2022, 1st quarter 2024. Cluster analysis implemented in SPSS from IBM was used to form groups of foreign trade partners.
