The article indicates Ukrainian and Russian terminology publcations and their specificity in the field of museology. It distinguishes major concerning various issues of museum studies.

The article describes specifics of functioning of art terms – colour and hue – in the sociolect of football supporters. The fans speech nominations concerning colours are analyzed. The article reveals the associations lying in the naming. The author analyzes the functioning of colour vocabulary in the texts of fans’ folklore (scansion, slogans, songs etc.).

The design terminology of the Ukrainian language is the organized subsystem of literary language, which is characterized by the well-developed lexical-semantic organization and it represents the system of linguistic terms.

In the article the word creative features of Ukrainian terms of constitutional law is explored. The peculiarities of suffixes and prefixes ways of creating the terms of this branch of the law today are analyzed. It was found and analyzed the productivity of derivational models of different ways of creating terms of constitutional law.

The article analyzes the difficulties and problems underlying the translation into Ukrainian of Latin rhetorical terms, used and explained in a treatise “On the rhetorical art” by Theophanous Prokopovych (1707), taking into account modern tendencies in scientific and technical terminology organizing. Based on the conducted research and the review of current tendencies in the Ukrainian scientific style a conclusion has been made concerning the similarity of numerous phenomena and processes in the scientific language of the XVIII century and nowadays.

The features of term-word-combinations of cinematographic art of modern Ukrainian are analized in the article. The specific of their semantics is reflected, the most typical structural-semantical models, the compound names of which are formed, are distinguished.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the processes that took place in Ukrainian musical terminology. Musical historic terms, archaic names and synonyms that went out of active use. New music alterms such as borrowings, derivative words, dialectic words enriched themusical terminology. Availability of such processes let us confirm that Ukrainian musical terminology is in the continuous development

The article is devoted to the study of the structural organization of term phrases in Ukrainian electric power engineering terminology and the identification of the most productive term phrase models. Particular attention is paid to the models of compound electric power engineering terms, with two-and three-term phrases having been analyzed.
