The paper describes the principles of designing and building an intellectual information system to generate prognosis, plans and recommendations as to provide high-quality conditions of education of children with special needs in a comprehensive school. The forming of the structure of the system is proposed and substantiated, available classes of potential users and their systemic roles are analyzed. The requirements for building and algorithms of the operation of machine of logical inference, sequences of actions in processes of installation, verification, integration and administration of intellectual generator of projects are specified. The intellectual information system that is developed includes the opportunities to providing specifications and detailed advice on arranging technical, technological, educational and methodological school preparation. Automated generation of propositions of additional education of teachers in the cases of reorganization of processes of studying of children with special needs in ordinary schools is provided.
