Status of Formation of Mentoring Systems of Enterprises in the Context of Deepening European Integration Processes

The article investigates enterprise mentoring systems as frameworks and mechanisms for person- alized training (for mentor and mentee), strategies for developing a personnel reserve, and motivational measures that ensure continuous professional growth, competency development, enhancement of key skills, and increased effectiveness of the corporate environment. The study examines the formation of mentoring systems in enterprises within the context of European integration processes by detailing and profiling mentoring programs in the EU and Ukraine. The profile of mentoring systems employs a de- tailed characterization of its primary attributes and components, which are essential for its operational functionality.
The EU mentoring programs analysed include Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, Horizon Eu- rope, European Solidarity Corps, Creative Europe, Digital Europe Programme, InvestEU, European So- cial Fund+, EU4Health, European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and European Defence Fund. In Ukraine, the programs studied are Mentorship 10:11, Mentorship for Ukrainians, Lunchclub, Men- torplace.in.ua, Projector Mentorship Platform, Mentors in the Rear, EPAM University, Happy Monday, Career Hub, and Ukrainian Mentorship Network. The analysis resulted in the formation of mentoring system profiles, with components identified as system components, users, processes, and data (information that is managed in the mentoring process). It is recommended to specify profiles through binary answers to questions posed for each component.
The study concludes that EU and Ukrainian mentoring programs exhibit a high level of process development, providing regular mentoring interactions in various forms. However, system elements need improvement, particularly in modules tracking mentee progress. EU mentoring systems, unlike domestic ones, benefit from the participation of international mentors, which is a significant advantage. In terms of administration, the lack of systematic components has led to fragmented reporting, a common issue in both EU and Ukrainian mentoring systems.
