Problem setting. Compared to other post-Soviet states, Ukraine is maximally open to globalization. Consequently, it is more and more affected by the destructive manifestations of globalization. Such openness, which fully corresponds to the structure of the Ukrainian mentality, is, on the one hand, a powerful factor in the modernization dynamics of social development, and on the other – a brake on the formation and implementation of its own nationally regulated development strategy.

The article analyses the existing control system in the area of beautification of human settlements. The recent research on control systems in this area is analysed. The common requirements for exercising the state regulatory control are described; the use of state, municipal & non-government control in this area is analysed. As a result of research, the suggestions to improve the system of control in the area of beautification of human settlements are given.

The necessity to conduct public communications at all stages of public policy formulation — from problem definition to evaluation of impacts of public policy implementation is grounded. A systematic approach to institutionalization of the government’s ability to interact with the public during public policy formulation and implementation is offered. The definition of institutionalization as to strengthening the government’s ability to interact with the public is specified.

The information and public mechanisms for formulation and implementation of public policy in the field of childhood protection in Ukraine are considered. The focus on clarifying the nature and characteristics of these mechanisms is made. It is noted that new approaches should be adopted to protect rights of the child and to improve qualitatively the national system of state public control and monitoring in the field of childhood protection.

Based on the structural-functional analysis of the healthcare public policy, the author proposes to distinguish its component — public policy in the field of nursing. The article outlines the essence and types of mechanisms for the implementation of public policy in the field of nursing at the regional level. The author suggests schematic reflection of the statistic-dynamic content of the process of nursing management at the regional level.

Problem setting. Despite the attempts of state authorities to emphasize the readiness for constructive cooperation, the current state of relations between the state and society in Ukraine does not improve the situation in this direction. Therefore, the necessity of applying different models and approaches to the coordination of management activities between the institutions of society and the state is precisely within the context of public administration.

Problem setting. The article deals with the problems of populism in the context of ideology: conservatism and liberalism. The growth of populism comes after the destruction of the liberal consensus, which began after the Cold War, with increasing tension between democratic majority and liberal constitutionalism – the two main pillars of democratic regimes. Strengthening the role of populism shows the gradual loss of the attractiveness of liberal solutions in the field of politics, economy and culture, and ideology.

Problem setting. The COVID-19 pandemic, global quarantine, quarantine restrictions created the conditions for society to react quickly. Digital technologies are now being used more intensively, and the public administration sector is no exception. At the same time, the country's development requires systematic strategic and tactical decisions that will accelerate the introduction of modern digital technologies in all spheres of Ukrainian society, also forming and implementation of public policy at various levels of government.

Abstract. One of main priorities of the Ukrainian state is creation of political, economic, social and legal terms for realization of relations in the field of labour. The legal adjusting of relations in the field of labour has close inter-branch connection, that allows in a considerable measure to regulate sociallabour relations. However, proper and reliable null information remains a problem from the side of organs of public management in relation to employment and employment of population of economically-active age.

The article is devoted to problems of functioning of political parties in Ukraine, as the existence and activities of political parties of most modern States is a universally accepted norm and is treated as an essential attribute of a democratic way of governance.
