is a distinguished Doctor of Technical Sciences and Professor at the De- partment of Electronic Compu- ting, Lviv Polytechnic National University. He pursued postgra- duate studies at the Institute of Modeling Problems in Energy, Kyiv (1988-1991). He defended his candidate's thesis on mathe- matical special computers for navigation problems in 1991 and earned his Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in 2013.
