У статті розглядаються історичні будівлі та споруди з природного білого каменю в межах сучасного лівобережжя Дністра Республіки Молдова (історичного Східного Поділля): фіксується стан їх збереження, характеризуються особливості їхнього архітектурного вигляду та конструктивних рішень кам’яної кладки. На основі натурних та лабораторних досліджень даються рекомендації щодо збереження несучої здатності та зовнішньої естетики окремих історичних об'єктів, а також пропонується комплекс заходів щодо збереження цілісного сприйняття історичного архітектурного образу населених пунктів Придністровського регіону Республіки Молдова.
