Розкрито сучасне розуміння феномена інформаційного суспільства, подані показники, тенденції й прогнози впровадження інформаційних технологій у світі та його вплив на глобальний розвиток. У цьому контексті розглянуто соціокультурні зрушення в Україні, безпосередньо пов’язані зі впровадженням і використанням інформаційних технологій, зокре- ма: поширення нових форм масової комунікацій, трансформація та розвиток систем «циф- рової» демократії та електронного урядування, сучасних технологій. Розкрито стан проблеми розвитку інформаційних технологій.

The small business sector is studied. It is hypothesized that the small business sector has a significant innovative potential, the possibilities of which depend on the economic cycle of market conjuncture. It has been hypothesized that innovation investment in the small business sector depends significantly on economic cycles, and that the structure / directions of innovation investment are determined by the global market conjuncture.

Охарактеризовано особливості і перспективи застосування корпоративних технологій управління підприємств в умовах євроінтегрування. В статті систематизовано етапи становлення та розвитку автоматизованих інформаційних систем управління підприємств. Наведена характеристика та способи застосування автоматизованих інформаційних систем управління операційною діяльністю підприємств за рівнями управління. Систематизовано особливості запровадження корпоративних інформаційних систем українськими підприємствами за умов євроінтегрування.

Розглянуто основні аспекти побудови інтегрованих лексикографічних систем, описано особливості інтеграції на концептуальному, внутрішньому, зовнішньому рівнях лексикографічних систем та запропоновано послідовність кроків, які можна використовувати для реалізації цього процесу.

Подано загальний опис та формулювання мети, змісту, функціональних та технологічних особливостей програмно-алгоритмічного комплексу, який реалізує концепт інтелектуальної системи “Мобільний інформаційний асистент туриста”, який розробляють науковці Національного університету “Львівська політехніка”. В роботі наведено та проаналізовано основні проблемні ситуації, які виникають у процесі створення інтелектуальної інформаційної системи такого класу та методи і способи їх подолання.

In this study the cyclic linear random process, which combines the properties of linear random process and cyclic random process, is defined. This expands the possibility of describing cyclic signals and processes within the framework of linear random processes theory and generalizes their known mathematical model as a linear periodic random process.

In the article the theoretical principles, methodological and practical recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the information system were proposed. The analysis of the basic principles and methods of modeling of information processes and methodology of forming an information system are justified. A systematic approach that allows to consider general strategic objectives of association and to form patterns and limits for receipt and interpretation of decision support systems was formulated.
