У статті проаналізовано проблеми існуючих та перспективи розвитку сучасних освітньо-наукових центрів у Львові. Виникнення багатофункціональності освітньо-наукових закладів зумовлено сучасними потребами освіти. Можливий принцип вирішення цих питань розглядається на прикладі функціональної організації освітньо-наукового центру, створенні комфортного освітнього простору, який уособлює собою розвиваючу функцію для людей різного віку.
