The article provides a comprehensive criminological analysis of the socio-psychological determinants of criminal offenses against the environment, emphasizing their system-forming role in shaping criminally unlawful behavior. The mechanisms of interaction between internal personal characteristics and external social conditions that influence decision-making regarding violations of criminal law prohibitions in the field of environmental protection are examined.

Modern society is experiencing deep transformation processes that concern not only the socio-economic, but also the spiritual and moral foundations of existence. In these conditions, the issue of legal culture is acquiring new dimensions, in particular in the aspect of its spiritual and moral content. Legal culture appears not only as a system of knowledge about law, legal skills and legal behavior, but also as an ontologically deep phenomenon, closely related to spirituality, morality and cultural identity of the individual.

This article explores suggestion as an effective means of instilling specific views, stereotypes, and narratives by provoking emotions, influencing individual behavior, and shaping socio-legal interactions.

It was found that the basis of the Ukrainian national idea, among other factors, is the formation of a law-abiding citizen with a legitimate vector of personal development. We see that even during the war, Ukrainians try to control compliance with the rules of law and the law. The active activity of all law enforcement structures to ensure law and order and prevent illegal behavior of citizens shows the society's desire for lawful, civilized development even in the crisis-transitional period of the nation's existence.

The article defines the peculiarities of the activities of public organizations in the context of the formation of legal ideology in transitive societies. It is noted that as a social phenomenon, legal ideology needs to be considered in at least two aspects: ontological and epistemological. In the ontological aspect, ideology appears as one of the basic socio-legal institutions, and in the epistemological aspect, the study of ideology involves the study of ideological and legal components of Ukrainian society.

Today, the real requirement of the time is the priority of law over the policy of arbitrariness of power, which determines the structure of any rule of law. The idea of the rule of law is inextricably linked with the idea of the sovereignty of the people, the subordination of the state to society. The implementation of the principles of the rule of law, which in fact limits itself to human rights and freedoms, the rule of law, as a general humanistic value, lead to the expansion of private law regulation, which arise mainly between civil society, providing conditions for its functioning.

The article analyzes the structuring of the legal system as a regulatory framework of the legal system, which is formed based on the legal ideology of a state and at the same time acting as a normative basis for behavior in the field of law. The generative role of legal consciousness in relation to the component structure of the legal system is determined, which in the future ensures its integration.

The article is a studio prologue to the study of a complex large-scale scientific problem, which can be described as “journalism and the culture of childhood”. The basic question of this scientific area is the image of the child who forms the media. The key is that a child is a legal entity or a dispossessed entity.

In the article it is found out that legal values are a determining element of legal influence on the society, which have a significant influence on the mechanism of legal regulation. It is determined that the legal values are, first of all, interrelated with the principles of law, justice, law-making and legal implementation; secondly, they are real socio-legal phenomena, remedies and mechanisms. Legal values have a hierarchical structure and their system is based on a specific set of interests that underpins human needs.

Building a democratic, rule of law is unthinkable without affirmation of justice, legal andmaterial protection of the individual, mutual responsibility of the individual and the state, improvementof legislation and legal culture as a whole. State-legal and national-cultural revival is possible only oncondition of respect for its own history, its philosophical and philosophical humanistic traditions, whichunderlie our mentality, determine the nature of the nation and the essence of legal culture.
