Private enterprises in Ukraine face challenges in terms of joint business ownership, investment in digitalization, low demand due to the population’s income, and other challenges related to globalization and market instability. Management of innovation processes is an important factor in increasing the com- petitiveness of private enterprises in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war and an unstable economy.
The theoretical basis is a process, system, situational and digital approach to management. The private enterprise changes and implements innovative projects aimed at improving the efficiency of staff and ensuring economic security. The study focuses on how to evaluate business processes in projects and how safe an innovation project is for the enterprise from an economic and digitalization perspective.
Management of innovation processes allows: optimizing activities by automating processes and in- troducing new training methods; increasing the economic security of staff through stable income and improved working conditions; ensuring timely adaptability to changes in demand and consumer behavior through rapid response to customer requests and regular innovation. Particular attention is paid to as- sessing the effectiveness of these solutions and their impact on the company’s operations, and the intro- duction of digital innovations will lead to increased staff efficiency. It is advisable to monitor the environ- ment for additional aspects to discuss challenges: 1)Analysis of the external environment, namely martial law, nearby competitors, economic situation, legislation. 2) Performance evaluation: use of KPIs (key per- formance indicators) to assess performance. 3) Strategic planning: development of long-term develop- ment plans. 4) Corporate culture: creating a positive and motivating atmosphere in the team. 5) Cooper- ation with the manufacturer: close cooperation with Renault for support from the brand.
The results of this study are the improvement of management decisions to evaluate innovations and optimize business processes based on the digitalization of work; improving staff safety; new project tech- nologies in times of crisis and war; project changes for an enterprise in the field of automotive services. The study confirms that the introduction of innovative solutions is critical for the development of private enterprises in an unstable economy. The use of digital technologies helps to improve the quality of service provision and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise
