The article deals with the correlation of the concepts of “right” and “justice”. The peculiarities of their application are investigated. A literary analysis of these concepts is carried out on the subject: identities; identification of differences, the establishment of regularities during their use in legal proceedings and the legal weight of each of them. Proved the interdependence of these categories, highlighting the following features: wider concept of justice Law concept because it is a measure of the law in particular, and is an instrument of implementation of legal relations in general. The coexistence of the principle of justice with other legal principles was investigated, their normative and social content was established in the system of international and domestic law.
