The article addresses current issues of risk and quality management in a scientific project aimed at developing a specialized information system for analyzing Ukrainian-language text corpora. A systematic analysis of modern approaches to organizing research IT projects under conditions of limited resources and a dynamic academic environment has been conducted. A management model is proposed that integrates SCRUM, Lean, and exploratory programming methodologies to ensure a balance between development flexibility and the structured nature of scientific research.

The aim of this paper is to model the processes of an information system for mentorship assistance to users based on the linguistic features of requests. This makes it possible to provide timely mentorship assistance to users, taking into account their professional interests. Today, a significant part of the communication processes between the Client and the Mentor takes place in the virtual space using web platforms and resources. But each request for relevant information depends on the user's need.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to consolidate contemporary methodological approaches to assessing energy consumption in residential construction, with a focus on the methodology based on the building life cycle concept. This approach enables a more accurate evaluation of energy consumption impacts at various stages of a building’s existence and facilitates the development of recommendations for improving energy efficiency.

In today’s environment of rapidly growing data volumes, information systems must not only provide storage and access to massive datasets but also maintain stable performance when handling diverse query types. A critical challenge lies in balancing the efficiency of analytical (OLAP) operations with the responsiveness of transactional (OLTP) processes. Traditional approaches to data organization in relational DBMS often lose effectiveness in large-scale environments, resulting in longer processing times, reduced flexibility, and greater complexity in database management.

The article is dedicated to monitoring and researching the environmental condition of areas that have the status of nature-reserved. The work describes the creation of an information system with elements of artificial intelligence for studying the environmental condition of nature-reserved territories. As a result of the analysis of monitoring data, primary data for work was identified, and a database was formed. Special attention is paid to the description of the information model of the object and the indicators selected for its adequate functioning.

Against the backdrop of an ever-evolving digital economy and rising demand for qualified AI professionals, the study highlights the need for accurate and scalable tools to identify and assess relevant competencies.

The article describes the issues of designing an information monitoring system for assessing the ecological state of the reserve territory. An information model of the system has been developed taking into account the parameters of the state of air, surface water, and soil in the "Roztochchya" nature reserve; in particular, attention is focused on the features of the biological diversity of the Vereshchytsky and Stavchansky branches of the reserve.

The research is aimed at developing a test survey for the effective selection of specialists in the IT field, based on the use of modern machine learning methods, particularly cluster analysis using the k- means method. Given the limited access to existing testing platforms, which are typically available only to large companies on a paid basis, the decision was made to create an alternative web application. This application will become an accessible tool for a wider range of users and will allow automating the process of evaluating candidates' skills.
