The structural model of information integration data about the software UI elements (different graphic representations, properties and parameters, and multi source code implementation in various programming languages, etc.) with the structural modules of tracking and storing data about interactions of user interface is proposed.
In this article genetic algorithms are considered including their types and practical applications. The scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers have been studied. This article presents methods and examples of solving tasks of data mining for genetic algorithms. The description of main components of models of genetic algorithms is presented. A parallel between biological systems and systems aimed at solving technical problems is drawn.
The article studies modern legal and scientific approaches to the analysis of the category “information system” as the object of legal protection in the information society. It indicates that in the legislation there is a significant number of legal acts containing definitions of “information system”. These definitions are not identical, which generates some legal conflicts and gives ground to assert the need for appropriate categorical apparatus.
