У статті проаналізовано поняття творчого методу, визначено закономірності, особливості та принципи формування творчого методу архітектора, адже архітектура має багато спільного з іншими дисциплінами, як-от: соціальні науки, історія, філософія, дизайн, математика тощо. Проте, крім технічних і професійних навичок, якими повинен володіти кожен архітектор, він повинен мати просторове мислення та фантазію, бути творчим на багатьох рівнях, а також набути мистецьких та інтелектуальних здібностей.
