С9 fraction oligomerization with the use 2-(tert-butylperoxymethylamino)acetic acid

The oligomerization in solution and suspension oligomerization of the fraction C9 of liquid by-products of pyrolysis of diesel fuel is initiated by 2- (third-butylperoxymethylamineo) acetate acid have been studied. The nature of the effect of oligomerization, the concentration of the initiator, the temperature and duration of the reaction to the output and the physicochemical characteristics of the obtained oligomers were clarified. The optimal technological parameters of the process of oligomerization of the fraction C9 were selected.

PURIFICATION OF ACRYLAMIDE FROM POLYMERIZATION INHIBITORS IN THE MANUFACTURE OF HIGH QUALITY FLOCCULANTS BASED ON POLYACRYLAMIDE

Polyacrylamide and its copolymers are widely used as flocculating agents for the separation of industrial suspensions. The formation of high molecular weight polymers depends on the content of various impurities present in the monomer. The article presents the scientific and practical information on the production of acrylamide by sulfuric acid method of hydration of nitrile acrylic acid in the form of an aqueous solution of different concentrations and a more modern heterogeneously catalytic method of hydration of acrylonitrile using as catalysts with variable valence.

Vibration impact and noise protection devices with DVA for wheeled vehicles

The article investigates vibration and noise protection devices for wheeled vehicles using dynamic vibration absorbers (DVA). Algorithms for modeling their dynamic characteristics based on adaptive calculation schemes are presented. A non-linear suspension with DVA and a noise-absorbing partition is considered, which is due to the introduction of a layered composite thinwalled structure with an intermediate damping layer with high damping properties and a DVA system, which provides better vibration and noise absorption.

Сomparative study of the hydrocarbon resins production of by the С9 fraction emulsion and suspension oligomerization

The production of a hydrocarbon resins (co-oligomers) by low-temperature dispersion co-oligomerization of C9 fraction of diesel fuel pyrolysis liquid by-products was researched. This method allows to reduce the temperature of the process. The synthesis was carried out by emulsion and suspension co-oligomerization. The main regularities of the suspension and emulsion oligomerization of the hydrocarbon fraction C9 are established. The effect of temperature, initiator concentration and process duration on the yield, physical and chemical properties of synthesized oligomers were investigated.

The influence of the vehicle’s suspension malfunction on its operational efficiency

The main malfunctions that arise when operating a vehicle in Ukraine are the failure of the suspension elements and vehicle tires due to the poor condition of the most roads [11]. The car suspension elements soften the dynamic loads and smooth out the oscillations from the unevenness on the road while riding and provide a good stability and smoothness of the car ride.

Effect of Impact Velocity in the Roadblock on the Spatial Arrangement of Acceleration of the Vehicle Body

The article presents the results of experimental studies of the process of intense acceleration, passing through the barrier and the vehicle brakes adapted for the transport of persons using two speed ranges passing through the barrier. Tests were conducted on dry roads made of cobblestones. Performed experimental studies, which aim was to determine the acceleration in each axis while passing through the obstacle.

Modelling of the Articulated Vehicle Dynamics Taking into Account the Elastically Fastened Freight

In this article, some methodological statements of the formation of mathematical models in the problems of machine dynamics are elucidated. The presence of a cushioned freight in the form of the fastened vehicle complicates the system, so that the equations describing its oscillations are too complicated and unsuitable for practical usage. It is shown that with all the complexity of the research object, it is expedient to form the mathematical model at the level of the design diagram (model) with a relatively small number of degrees of freedom.

Дослідження процесу розділення глинистих суспензій з використанням флокулянтів

The paper presents the results of research of the separation of suspensions using flocculants based on polyacrylamide. The mechanism of the floccule formation, as well as polyacrylamide adsorption on the surface of clay particles, depending on the concentration of solids in suspension and flocculant costs are described. An optimal concentration of solids in suspension and flocculant consumption rate which the highest rate of the solid phase deposition is identified. Наведено результати дослідження процесу розділення суспензій з використанням флокулянтів на основі поліакриламіду.

PbO2 Based Composite Materials Deposited from Suspension Electrolytes : Electrosynthesis, Physico-Chemical and Electrochemical Properties

Composite materials based on PbO2 containing TiO2 or ZrO2 were prepared from electrolytes containing a suspension of TiO2 or ZrO2. The contents of foreign oxides in the composite depend on the electrolyte composition and conditions of deposition. When a dispersed phase is incorporated into the composite coating, the dimensions of lead dioxide crystals decrease to submicro- and nano-size. Physico-chemical properties and electrocatalytic activity of composite materials are mainly determined by their chemical composition.
