STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF ILLUMINATION LEVEL ON ATTRIBUTATIVE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM AT AN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY ENTERPRISE
Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is a critically important component of any quality improvement process and is formulated as an experimental and mathematical method for determining how much variation in the measurement process affects the measurement system, which in turn contains such data categories as: attributive or variable. Most of the problems of the measurement system arise precisely due to the assessment of attributive features, which are usually the result of subjective judgment (visual inspection).
