The article analyzes interaction of the educational system and culture during the process of world educational space development. Versatile influence of the world educational space on the creation of a new educational and cultural reality, in which take place self-realization of the individual, enhancement of the dialogue of cultures and preservation of national and cultural peculiarities is theoretically grounded.

The article investigates the actuality of the formation of a new responsible world civilization, examines the contemporary models of sustainable economic development of world civilization, developed by leading scholars of the present: the concept of «complete world» by Daley, the model of sustainable and humane global civilization by Raskin, a model of the zero marginal cost society and empathy civilization by Rifkin.

The article describes the main stages of multiculturalism’ formation. Special attention is focused on the evolution of the theory of multiculturalism based on its temporal and political context and the requirements of society. The author examines the influence of the theories of liberalization and communitarism, of “nation-building” and “differentiated citizenship” on the formation of the theory of multiculturalism, cites the views of scientists, analyzes their influence on contemporary multiculturalism.

The complex study of the state neutrality strategy is done. The theoretical and methodological basis of neutrality strategy is analyzed, the problem of definition this phenomenon is investigated, the main aspects of neutrality strategy tendencies are clarified.

Modern museum environment intensively passes the process of transformation in the context of global geopolitical, economic, social and cultural changes. It is impossible to forget that exactly museums are for today that perform the duty of forming of historical memory of the Ukrainian people and identities, promotes self-actualization of nation.

The article deals with the problem of actualization the potential of the museum in a globalized society. Modern communication paradigm is considered in the context of providing the possibility of direct involvement of all participants to communication process. Modern social needs lead to social change of the museum mission towards effective cooperation with society. Communicative space of museum in modern conditions is characterized by availability and the possibility of cultural values transmission in the virtual space.
