In the current global economic system businesses normally operate in many geographic
markets and therefore the study of the key problems of business internationalization, such as an
enterprise entering a foreign market or foreign market presence activities is very relevant at the
moment.
In this article, we systematize different approaches used by international and local
researchers to reveal the essence of “internationalization” category as well as their own

Розглянуто особливості організаційно-структурного розвитку підприємств з поглибленим дослідженням варіанта логістичної інтеграції. Представлено процес глобалізації як передумову стратегії співпраці між контрагентами ринку. Розглянуто вплив процесу глобалізації на процеси і явища в світовій економіці. Проаналізовано основні проблемні сфери діяльності під час створення та функціонування інтегрованих угруповань, зазначено позитивні чинники інтеграції, а також очікуваний ефект від формування інтеграційного утворення під впливом на нього чинника глобалізації.

Доведена необхідність вдосконалення моделі фінансового забезпечення інноваційної діяльності в аграрній сфері України з урахуванням глобалізаційних процесів. Запропоновано модель, побудовану за правилом “золотої послідовності”. 

Розглянуто особливості організаційно-структурного розвитку підприємств з поглибленим дослідженням варіанта логістичної інтеграції. Представлено процес глобалізації як передумову стратегії співпраці між контрагентами ринку. Розглянуто вплив процесу глобалізації на процеси і явища в світовій економіці. Проаналізовано основні проблемні сфери діяльності при створенні та функціонуванні інтегрованих угруповань, визначено позитивні чинники інтеграції, а також очікуваний ефект від формування інтеграційного утворення під впливом на нього чинника глобалізації.

Обґрунтовано необхідність вивчення й систематизації чинників, що впливають на розвиток логістики в Україні. Викладено результати дослідження зовнішніх чинників впливу на розвиток логістики з урахуванням процесів глобалізації, інтернаціоналізації й інтеграції в різних сферах суспільного життя. Виконано узагальнену систематизацію найзначущіших факторів впливу на розвиток логістики. Визначено основні причини, що зумовили появу чинників впливу на розвиток логістики на сучасному етапі економічних перетворень.
