The article reveals the theoretical and conceptual dimensions, essential characteristics, subject definition of modern environmental consciousness as a philosophical and legal phenomenon.

The article states that today, due to inefficient socio-economic development of Ukraine and the presence of numerous external and internal factors of influence, there are real threats that threaten the development of economically important indicators of state development and lead to deepening crisis.

The article is devoted to the recognition of the impossibility of the disappearance of the phenomenon of religiosity in society and the obvious facts of the influence of religion on the processes of formation and development of law. An analysis of many historical sources convincingly states that religion itself is in fact a spiritual cradle right. It is substantiated that three things are necessary for initiating legal communication: knowledge of law (intellectual element), activity (volitional element), and – without a doubt – consciousness (spiritual element).

Abstract. The main theoretical approaches to understanding the concept and essence of legal culture, its historical development and formation are revealed. The article considers certain definitions of legal culture, including in the branch of law and public administration, formulated by a number of scientists, who mainly focused on the following subject matters of legal culture: law itself, legal awareness, legal relations, law and order, legitimate activities of participants in public relations.

The evolution of the life safety phenomenon is considered, the theoretical aspects are analyzed and the essence of the concept "safety of life" and its interpretation in the scientific environment are analyzed. The model of development and scientific principles of life safety is explored. Author's definition of life safety is proposed.

Problem setting. It is considered the necessity to integrate the principles of bioethics in the projects of United Nations (hereinafter UN) to transform the world, since the Sustainable Development Summit of this organization adopted the Sustainable Development Goals as a priority task for governments and countries around the world from 2015 to 2030, the implementation of which will ensure a higher stage of development to a number of poor countries and a qualitatively new standard of living to human society as a whole.

Church law is often identified with canon law, just as the spirit is taken for the soul. In this regard, scientific discussions are taking place, as a result of which there is a search, research interests. We will begin with an analysis of two problems: 1) the categories of dialectics, which fix the degree of unity and difference between scientific concepts and 2) the metaanthropological components of human existence. That is, we will study ecclesiastical law from the standpoint of two alternative concepts - dialectics and metaphysics.

The article states that given the numerous socio-economic problems of modern development of Ukraine, the question of the existence of problems of practical activities of the national elite in Ukraine, because any socio-economic development of the population directly depends on its leaders, who through their functions determine key directions and strategies of socio-economic development and are the subjects of state formation processes.

The article analyzes the role and place in the history of philosophical and legal thought of the published work «Philosophy of Law» by the German thinker G.V.F. Hegel. Written 200 years ago, it is considered to be one of the most profound and relevant works in which Hegel creatively based on his dialectical and philosophical method and methodology analyzes the complex processes in the socio-political, legal, economic, moral, psychological and religious life of civil society and the state.

Logic is one of the oldest sciences. We talk about it as art of statements and arguments. Anyone who masters this science will be able to effectively achieve their own goals by acquiring new knowledge and producing their own ideas. Ability to critically evaluate opponents statements and respondents arguments will allow them not to succumb to the pressure of commercial media, promises of politicians, etc.
