The modus of forming the legal culture of youthin the university environment

It is noted that the university education, which forms a modern creative personality, is a future
specialist in globalized economic relations, a member of the newest elite of Ukrainian society and an active
citizen of the rule of law. Therefore, modern university education in Ukraine aims to become a means,
potential and resource for the development and development of the state, both informational and legal.

The first written mention of Skole - a small Boyk settlement in the Carpathians dates from March 5, 1397. Nearly 1660, near the settlement of Skole, Prince Alexander Yanush Zaslavskyj lays a town and calls it his honor - Alexandria. The town is stretched in the basin of a lens shaped length of 3.5 km, a width of 1.5 km. The plan of the city had a geometric shape, close to the square, with a rectangular-mesh architectural-planning scheme. Academic mobility of ukrainian study in globalized space: philosophical and legal aspects

Use of Problem-based Learning While Studying Electrical Engineering

The article is considering the introduction of elements of problem-based learning in the study of theory electrical circuits. The proposed technique of laboratory workshop implemented in a computerized laboratory on the theory of electrical circuits that uses the problematic situation. This approach increases the effectiveness of learning, promotes a deeper theoretical material study.

  The review analyzes the content of Olha Honcharenko’s monograph “Philosophy of Education at the Lviv-Warsaw School”. The Lviv-Warsaw School is known as a school of early analytical philosophy, in which much attention was paid to logic, analysis of concepts, and rejection of irrationalism in philosophy. However, in a reviewed monograph, representatives of the Lviv-Warsaw School appear as theorists of education, pedagogy, and didactics.

Directors of realization of school education

The article analyzes the status of legal regulation of school education and outlines the key directions of reforming general secondary education. It was clarified that the concept of 87 realization of the state policy in the sphere of reforming of general secondary education "New Ukrainian School" for the period up to 2029 envisages the development of a new law "On general secondary education" and an action plan for reforming the system of general secondary education. The necessity of reforming secondary education is dictated by time, new requirements of society.
