Results of scientific work

On the base of theory of linear operators there were proposed the formulas for determination of spatial coordinates of object points which are investigated in cinematic mode using complex “GPS – surveying system” from surface vessel. On the base of cinematic linear projecting the obtained algorithm gives possibility of analytical processing of digital images without any restrictions concerning their spatial position. Implementation of analysis of digital non-metric cameras gives possibility to make corresponding conclusions about their application for photogrammetric production. There were proposed and tested several prototype samples of digital phototheodolites and videotheodolite (on the base of non-metric surveying digital cameras, video cameras and theodolites, electronic total stations of different firms). The proper investigations in some branches of science and technique have been implemented using these devices. There were developed the methodologies, algorithm and software for determination of distortion of digital non-metric cameras for both cases: on directions and pixel by pixel. It gives possibility to exclude totally distortions of digital non-metric cameras and therefore it opens possibility of applications of these devices for solving of any production and scientific tasks.

It was developed the complex technology of terrestrial phototheodolite surveying for mapping and determination of quantitative parameters of island glaciers of Argentinean archipelago and land glaciers of Antarctic coast located in the region of Antarctic station “Academic Vernadskyy”. According to results of calculations, one can observe the essential dynamics of glaciers surface changes and that is reason for following meteorological and glaciological investigations. Additionally the technology of creation of large-scale plans using digital phototheodolite method was developed. In result of implemented works there were created topographical plans of scale 1: 1000 of following islands: Galindez, Winter and Squa of above mentioned region. It was developed the methodologies and implemented proper approbation for determination of engineer and architectural construction by the digital stereophotogrammetric method (ventiduct of AES in Rivne, surface of retaining wall of Tereblya-Rikska HES, creation of frontal and interior plans of architectural memorials). Methodology and related facilities for application of digital stereophotogrammetric method for anti-terrorist and peacekeeping actions were developed.

The UAV design for the classical topographic surveying was developed, which made it possible to receive digital aerial images for drawing up large-scale plans with the correct accuracy of determining the coordinates of the points of objects.
